Meet the Professor:
Carrie Wastal, Ph.D. enjoys snow skiing, water skiing, cycling, hiking, and eating great food all over the US, Mexico and Europe including Spain, France, Scotland, and of course Ireland. Last summer, she spent several weeks in Dublin and its surrounding counties scouting organic food producers and suppliers in preparation for the upcoming 2010 Global Seminar. A writing program director, she is works with daily talented writing instructors and students. Currently, she is learning to play the ukulele so she can join in the fun at the family BBQs in Hawaii.
